Tadej Pogačar was born 1960 in Ljubljana. He studied Ethnology and History of Art, at the University of Ljubljana and painting at the Academy of Fine Arts, Ljubljana. Since 1993 he is the director of the P.A.R.A.S.I.T.E. Museum of Contemporary Art. He lives and works in Ljubljana.
